Our company was built around our passion for travel and our love of people.  We have been fortunate to have traveled around the world and we find it extraordinarily rewarding to share our travel knowledge and experience with others.  We are a family-owned and operated company that is committed to providing the best possible trip experience for all of our guests.



Anne Davis

After earning her degree in Social Work, Anne started the company in 1981 and continues to be involved in all aspects of the business.  She has traveled to 49 states and 58 countries and loves sharing her travel experiences with others by serving as a tour manager and giving travel presentations.  She also enjoys developing exciting, new itineraries.  Anne recognizes how important it is to the success of a company to always act with integrity, and to have staff members who offer excellent customer service. “We want every group leader to feel as if they are the only client we have” is her mantra.  Anne holds the designation of Certified Tour Professional and served for five years on the Board of Directors of the National Tour Association.  She enjoys bicycling, hiking and spending time with her four children and six grandchildren.

Kevin Davis

Kevin joined the company in 1999 after working for over 20 years in technology where he held positions in both sales and procurement. Kevin works primarily on  the business side of the company focusing on the company’s financial, insurance and technology requirements.  In addition, Kevin enjoys escorting tours where his sense of humor and desire to meet the needs of the passengers is appreciated by all.

Outside of work, Kevin volunteers for the charitable organization World Pediatric Project. Their work brings children to the U.S. and sends teams of doctors abroad to perform life-changing surgeries.  Kevin enjoys studying and practicing Spanish, photography, working out, riding his motorcycle, bicycling, hiking and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Chris Tilley

Chris Tilley

Director of Operations, CTP

Chris joined the company in 2018 after spending 20 years working for large financial services and healthcare companies.  He especially enjoyed his time spent as a client relationship manager where he was able to use his customer service skills to create great client experiences.  Chris’ love for travel often prompted him to take time off from his “day job” to serve as tour manager for several Cruises and Tours Worldwide trips, which helped him to realize his true calling.  Outside of work, Chris enjoys exercise (cycling, running, swimming), St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and spending as much time with his wife and two children as he can, preferably outdoors.

Madi Jones

Travel Coordinator

Madi is a new addition to the team, having joined in early 2022. After graduating with her degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management from Southern Illinois University, Madi is excited to put her degree to use.  Her enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and her love of travel is very apparent.  Madi’s favorite part about her job is watching all the pieces of a trip come together.  She enjoys being a part of the planning of these trips that she knows will eventually lead to travelers having wonderful experiences and lasting memories.  Outside of work, Madi enjoys skating, traveling, and spending as much time outdoors as she can, especially with her dog Georgia!


Ashley Brewer

Travel Coordinator

Ashley joined the company in 2013 and quickly became a valuable member of the team.  After returning home from the Peace Corps in 2004 Ashley became a full time Travel Director with Maritz, and by the age of 26 had visited 29 countries. Since then her experience in the travel industry has included corporate and leisure travel, work for a AAA Five Diamond hotel, and meeting planning. Ashley brings all this experience to her tour planning and loves going out on the road as a Tour Manager leading our groups. Ashley is an avid runner, having completed many marathons and half marathons. She also enjoys camping, hiking and anything that gets her outdoors.

Kaori Mitchell

Travel Coordinator

Traveling is in Kaori’s DNA.  She started backpack traveling when she was 18 years old and has lived in many different corners of the world including Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.  Kaori worked with Chris in the Financial Information Technology industry for 10 years followed by becoming a stay-at-home mom to raise her children.  Kaori is now very happy to be back at work.  She is a real outdoors person as she loves mountain biking, camping, and fly fishing.  She coaches a youth mountain biking team and word has it that she is a great cook. She has a passion for the global culinary scene.


MaryAnn Newsham

Travel Coordinator

MaryAnn has been with the company since 1996. She is highly valued and appreciated by everyone on staff due to her extensive knowledge and willingness to help with any situation that presents itself.  MaryAnn is our cruise expert, but also assists with nearly all aspects of the company. There isn’t a trip that departs without MaryAnn’s involvement.  Her caring nature makes her a natural when communicating with our travelers.

Rebecca (Becca) Prado

The newest addition to the team, Rebecca joined our staff in 2023.  Rebecca graduated with her degree in Anthropology from Missouri State University. She has experience utilizing her design skills and writing publications professionally. Rebecca is passionate about connecting people with the wonders of nature and diverse cultures so they can have the experience of a lifetime. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys biking, paddle-boarding, skiing, and finding the next best international food to try. You can find her most days working on her current artistic pursuit--they change by the hour!
