After earning her degree in Social Work, Anne started the company in 1981 and continues to be involved in all aspects of the business. She has traveled to 49 states and 58 countries and loves sharing her travel experiences with others by serving as a tour manager and giving travel presentations. She also enjoys developing exciting, new itineraries. Anne recognizes how important it is to the success of a company to always act with integrity, and to have staff members who offer excellent customer service. “We want every group leader to feel as if they are the only client we have” is her mantra. Anne holds the designation of Certified Tour Professional and served for five years on the Board of Directors of the National Tour Association. She enjoys bicycling, hiking and spending time with her four children and six grandchildren.

Kevin joined the company in 1999 after working for over 20 years in technology where he held positions in both sales and procurement. Kevin works primarily on the business side of the company focusing on the company’s financial, insurance and technology requirements. In addition, Kevin enjoys escorting tours where his sense of humor and desire to meet the needs of the passengers is appreciated by all.

Outside of work, Kevin volunteers for the charitable organization World Pediatric Project. Their work brings children to the U.S. and sends teams of doctors abroad to perform life-changing surgeries. Kevin enjoys studying and practicing Spanish, photography, working out, riding his motorcycle, bicycling, hiking, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Chris Tilley
Director of Operations, CTP
Chris joined the company in 2018 after spending 20 years working for large financial services and healthcare companies. He especially enjoyed his time spent as a client relationship manager where he was able to use his customer service skills to create great client experiences. Chris’ love for travel often prompted him to take time off from his “day job” to serve as tour manager for several Cruises and Tours Worldwide trips, which helped him to realize his true calling. Outside of work, Chris enjoys exercise (cycling, running, swimming), St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and spending as much time with his wife and two children as he can, preferably outdoors.
Rebecca (Becca) Prado
Rebecca joined our staff in 2023 after earning her degree in Anthropology from Missouri State University. With experience in professional publications, she brings both strong design skills and thoughtful writing to her work. Passionate about connecting people with the wonders of nature and diverse cultures, she loves helping others create experiences of a lifetime. Outside of work, you’ll find Rebecca biking, paddle-boarding, reading, or searching for the next best international cuisine to try. You can find her most days working on her current artistic pursuit--they change by the hour!

Travel Coordinator
Ashley joined the company in 2013 and quickly became a valuable member of the team. After returning home from the Peace Corps in 2004 Ashley became a full time Travel Director with Maritz, and by the age of 26 had visited 29 countries. Since then her experience in the travel industry has included corporate and leisure travel, work for a AAA Five Diamond hotel, and meeting planning. Ashley brings all this experience to her tour planning and loves going out on the road as a Tour Manager leading our groups. Ashley is an avid runner, having completed many marathons and half marathons. She also enjoys camping, hiking and anything that gets her outdoors.
MaryAnn Newsham
Travel Coordinator
MaryAnn has been with the company since 1996. She is highly valued and appreciated by everyone on staff due to her extensive knowledge and willingness to help with any situation that presents itself. MaryAnn is our cruise expert, but also assists with nearly all aspects of the company. There isn’t a trip that departs without MaryAnn’s involvement. Her caring nature makes her a natural when communicating with our travelers.
Rob Skinner
Business Development Manager
Rob joined Cruises And Tours Worldwide after retiring from a 25-year career in education as a Social Studies Teacher and Assistant Principal. Rob also has a background in archaeology and sports management. As an educator, Rob was passionate about teaching his students geography, cultural diversity, history, and encouraging lifelong learning. Rob brings his administrative skills, passion for education, and love of travel to tour planning and always looks forward to leading tour groups as a Tour Manager! Rob enjoys spending time with his family, their recently adopted rescue dog, and watching his children at their various sporting events. He enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors.
Emily Jones
Travel Coordinator
Emily joined the company after a 25-year career teaching theatre, where she enjoyed leading student travel abroad -- introducing high school and college students to new cultures and international theatre for the first time. Her skills as a director, stage manager, and production coordinator, translate seamlessly to the world of group travel where logistics, timing, and creating memorable experiences all come into play. Emily is also a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher. She enjoys planning epic family adventures, hiking, biking, meeting new people, and coordinating the games for the annual Jones Family Thanksgiving Day Olympics.
