I have been using Cruises and Tours Worldwide for a little over one year and with two Lyceum fund-raising trips under our belt, we have had nothing but great experiences. On our last Trip, Gems of the South, our tour manager Emily Jones not only was very well organized, but friendly and well prepared. On our return flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Emily secured early boarding for our entire group. After deplaning not once, but twice, with a four-hour delay, Emily went above and beyond to keep our entire group fed and nourished. Having employees that perform at this level is an exceptional attribute.
